It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 74929 - 82675 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students

Assuming you are from general category So according to previous years the cutoff marks for government college in up is more than 550 marks
So you have less chances to get seat in government medical colleges but you can get private medical colleges.
Here you can check the previous year cut off marks

You can use college predictor tool to know about the colleges you can get
Good luck

Hello
You haven't mentioned any category name so I'll be assuming you belong to Gen category.
last year cut off marks for government college in uttar pradesh through state counselling quota for Gen category was 607 marks & Air 16646 for GMC,BHAIRACH.
So there are very less chance of getting MBBS/BDS govt college through AIQ or State quota counselling.
Although you may have good chance of getting govt college in BAMS, BHMS through both up state counselling and all india Ayush counselling.
Use NEET UG college predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS & Ayush courses.
