You have not mentioned which state and category you belong to. If it is general, the chances are less. Last year, a score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category candidates and 500 or above for the OBC category under the state quota. For SC and ST 400 or above secured a seat in the government medical colleges. But scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
