Congrats on securing such a good score in NEET 2019. With a score as such yours, you might have an upper hand in securing a govt. medical seat in Bihar.
Almost all the colleges had a UR cutoff marks of 530 in the year 2018 except Patna Medical College.
If the same trend continues, then Welcome to the Medical Fraternity.
Although there remains a chance of being eliminated out, but I would suggest you to participate in both State as well as All India Counselling in order to make yourself secure a seat.
I am providing you with the link of the cutoffs and closing ranks of different colleges in the state of Bihar so that you can have a look and tally it yourself.

Hope I could help you.
All the Best !
In 2018, the MBBS cut-offs for Government medical colleges in Bihar, varied from 533 to 552 for UR candidates. So you might have a chance to be eligible for MBBS seats if the cutoff goes down a little bit, this year.
Also the cut off for BDS in government dental colleges was 525 for UR Candidates. So you might have a chance in dental too.
Hello harsh,
First of all 532/720 is a good score. The cut off for this year bihar is expected to be 540 but your score is very close to it. I think that you may get a government college in the mop up round.
Apply for the counseling process and wait for the rounds of counselling. And keep patience.
Good luck.
Thank you.
