i am getting 54 marks in jee advance 2021 st category can i get civil engeneering in any of the old iits

For General: 126
For SC: 63
For ST: 63
For OBC-NCL: 114
For PwD: 63
As you don't qualify the cutoff marks for getting an IIT, you can't get one.
