Based on this, you have little to no chance of getting a seat here.

If you have a domicile of Karnataka, then you will have to register as state student along with your domicile category, through KEA website. As per previous year the cut off for Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences for domiciled students was 437 marks for government seat and 457 marks for private seat.
