Hello,

PSUs accept GATE score for recruitment. The cut off for General category will be 70+.So with 55 marks it is difficult to getin PSUs.The cut off will be different for each PSU.And there are very less PSUs which takes Computer Engineering graduates.NLC, a PSU had a cut off of 78.67 in 2017 for Computer branch for general category, the cut off for Power grid was  68.53 for Computer branch for general category. The cut off for BARC in 2017 was 790 GATE score.Do not loose hope you may still have chances to get admission in M.tech with your GATE score.

hi,

see cutoff scores changes year to year and it depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, vacancy of recruitment etc.

many psus hires engineers throgh gate score every year, but most of the vacancies comes for electrical and mechanical candidates,

so it is really difficult to predict the cutoff score for psus, I must tell you that apply for all of the psus which ever recruitment does come.
