Dear Manav, 556 is a good score. In 2018 under State Quota, 518 marks secured a seat in Guru Gobind Singh Medical College. That was the cut off. Going by previous cut offs and your expectant score, you have a fair chance at:

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. According to last year's cut-offs, these are the cut-offs for Government MBBS Colleges in Punjab for candidates having 85% state quota while being in the UR category.
