Last year cut off for general candidates in MP under state quota was 493 at Government Medical College, Khandwa and under AIQ was 552 at Bundelkhand Medical college.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect a seat at score 568, however keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.

Based in your score and past year cutoffs you can easily secure a seat under all india quota and state quota in government medical college.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc
