Hi , as per the marks and your category your chances are low as last year least marks to secure a seat in government medical college nagpur was 600 marks from general category under 70% state quota and 627 under 30% state quota.
Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category
