I think it will be tough this time as competetion is high and question was also bit easy this time. As you have not mentioned any category so considering General then You can apply for old and New NITs and New IITs for M tech. Good chance is there for you to get good stream in new NITs.
Another option is to go for MS in old IITs. But for MS, there will be lot of filtering process. After cracking gate you should clear written test and Interview conducted by IITs separately.
Lst time the cutoff for Intstrument technology was 630 in IITD.
You can surely get the new IIT's.
