Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a seat in a government college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. As you belong to general category therefore the chances for seat inn any government medical colleges are not so high but lets hope for the best as cut-off varies every year .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get a seat. As you have got 582 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government colleges.

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs colleges.
