Hey Sahil Thanks, You will be scoring 586 marks in NEET. Congratulations for scoring such good marks in NEET and you can apply in government college for seat. You will not be able to get seat in AIIMS without the AIIMS Exam but with this marks you can score seat in Government College. Yes you can even get seat in IGMC Shimla State Quota but there might be difficulty for getting admission there but you will be getting seat there too. You can check for other colleges too and explore them properly and choose the best one for you.
