I am getting 590 marks in neet2019 can I get govt medical college in jodhpur or udaipur under state quota general category

According to last year cut offs you can apply in
- Dr Sampurnanand Medical College Jodhpur
- Rabindranath Tagore Medical College Udaipur
but the cut offs change every year
