60.43 marks is very low score to get admission in IIT. because with this score your expected rank will be around 4000 ( may vary).

And in this rank it is not possible to get IIT .

You have to secure rank under 500- 700  to get admitted in IIT( vary depending upon specific IIT and branch)..

You need nearly more than 80 marks.
