Under general quota 61.33 score is not quite enough to get call letter from PSUs.But with this year you can get IITs to pursue higher studies.That is last five years trends.But this year, cuttoff will change with margin for PSUs and IITs as level of paper falls in comparision to last five years.As you are from ST you can expect PSUs call letter.This is sure that you will get IITs for mtech courses.For assurance wait till IIT guwahati release score of GATE exam to get idea about cuttoff of IITs and PSUs.
