I am getting 64.33 marks in gate 2019 ece and gate score around 803 and 727 by two coaching institute is there any chance of psu for me.

It is a very compitative world out there for general student. 64.33 is not enough to get into top PSUs of India. According to the previous year record and cutoff you can try following PSUs
1. AAI
2. BHEL
3. NTPC
4. HPCL
You have 70 % chance of getting shortlisted in the above PSUs.
