i am getting 64marks in gate mechanical 2019 . is there any chance of getting qualified for PSUs . should i apply for any PSUs

First your chance for getting call from PSUs is less. With this marks your chance is very low. But you can apply for PSUs.
I think for call of PSUs your marks should around to 75+ for mechanical engineering.

Hi student,
Yes you should apply for PSUs. Considering your current scores , yes you can get opportunity to get into a few PSUs. The cutoffs for various PSUs for different categories can be seen by opening the below link:
