I am getting 656 score in CE general category. Can I get any IIT?

Constrcution Engg. & Mgmt.
Geotechnical and Geoenvironemntal Engineering
Structural Engineering
Transportation Engineering
IIT Madras:
Building Technology and ConstructionManagement
Environmental Engineering
Geotechnical Engineering
Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering
Structural Engineering
Transportation Engineering
Geotechnical Engineering
IIT Bombay
Almost all except Ocean Engineering (Specialization CE 5)
