i am getting 72.34 in gate EE 2019 from (obc) ................can i get into psus?????

Congratulations to you for obtaining such a good marks. Your raw score would be almost 780-800 and corresponding rank would lie between 320-410.
Yes, you may get into some PSUs. Beside this you may get a seat in top IITs and IIScs.
