First of all greetings to you for getting a good score in GATE.

As compared to the previous year GATE cut-off marks you will qualify for sure irrespective of the group and category.

As you know that In the final selection process of college or getting into a PSU through GATE, category also matters.

If you are from SC/ST category, you will definitely get a PSU and high chances of getting into Best IIT's

If you are from O BC category,Chances of getting into a PSU is high and also good chances of getting into IIT's

If you are from open category,you may get a PSU,but you will get Good IIT's.

all set for at least IIT if not PSU, my opinion is to go for all all the PIs and then choose for the best one amongst the one youve selected in. with a score of 73, im sure many MNC's too would look forward to hire you, if you are interested in that sector.
