Procedure for determination of TS EAMCET rank 2019 is based on total marks of date in EAMCET which carries 75% of your EAMCET online test score and 25% of your PCM aggregate in your class 12 exams.
For the marks you have mentioned,

So your total EAMCET score is 58.64
As per your expectation,you are really close to the mark(10,000) but according to the previous years analysis,you may get a rank below 10,000 very closely.
