Sorry to tell you but it is the truth you will not get any seat in any college,Not Even in CNLU,with this Rank,for EWS category your rank should be under 5 K for getting any good NLU,and for Lower NLU,it will be around 6 to 7 K.So this the trend for CNLU too.
