I am getting 93 marks in GATE 2019 (EE) (GENERAL Category). How are my chances of getting a top PSU?

Definately you will get a call from the PSU with such marks.You will be top rankers.Even whichever PSUs you want you can easily get it.You need to prepare for interview/GD whichever the company takes.
Also you can apply to the PSUs by yourself.Almost all of the PSUs have released their recruitment notice on their official website.Some of them are taking their own examination also.You can appear in that also.
