I am getting a score of 129 marks out of 200 marks in my Bihar NTSE stage 1 exam and I am from General category. So can I qualify for stage2

NTSE Qualifying cutoff 2019 for General and OBC Category is 40 and SC/ST category is 32.
Your scores are fair enough to qualify the first stage but selection for the second stage of NTSE 2019 will depend on the cutoff of NTSE Bihar 2019. Cutoff will be released along with the result.
Also, It should be noted that this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern.

Cutoff was 99marks in General category in 2017 and this years cutoff expected in February 2019.
So if you expecting 129 chances look relatively bright for conversion to NTSE stage2.
