I am getting a score of 577 in neet 2020 and secured a rank of 32193 with 13306 category rank of OBC category. Is there any chances to seat allotment confirmation in any gov. college in India.?

The last closing rank for the OBC category for government college was around 10500 in the year 2019. Your rank seems close but it's difficult to say anything at this point of time because it's a close call and will be clear once the counseling starts.
