If you scored 30 in WBJEE, then your General rank will be under 36-46k. Cut offs also varies every year, but from past few years statistics it's seems to be that.



So, at this score your SC rank will be somewhere around 2k. At this rank you can't get any government colleges. You can get through your SC rank - RCCIT & Haldia institute of technology or if you consider your general rank, you can colleges like MSIT, TINT etc.



If you want to take admission in one of these colleges then go for RCCIT. At your SC you can even get CSE or ECE there.
