There are no chances for you to get a seat in some government medical college with this score i.e 320.
Even if ,you are a MBC category candidate still you have to score 400+ marks atleast to have some chances for you and to make sure you need to score 450+ marks in your NEET.

To find the scope of entering into private colleges, you have to follow two steps: 1) First of all, you can use the rank predictor provided by Careers360 to predict your rank for your marks through the following link: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor
2) Once you receive the predicted rank, you can find out the predicted college with respect to your preferences using the college predictor provided by Careers360 through the following link (select Tamilnadu in the state of counseling): https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
