Dear Jhon, in 2018 under State Quota, 400 marks secured an All India Rank of 77233 and secured a seat in ADCOMS under Hindu Minority and Management Quota. With a score of 350, you do not make it to the cut offs even the last year cut offs are considered. But cut iffs change every year and this year the cut offs might go as high as 460-475. That leaves you behind unfortunately by a huge margin.
