You have not mentioned your category but for general, obc and ews the cut off for gov mbbs seat in 2020 was 611 and round 15000 rank approximately so it is not possible through aiq to get seat. But you can get private and deemed colleges in any state with your marks.
For maharshtra too the cut off is higher than what you got for general but for other category you have a chance in gov. For general you can try for private/ deemed colleges there too you can get.
