i am getting around 62 marks(obc) in gate 2019 mechanical. Any chances of minratna psu's and can i get dtu or nit delhi ?

It is not possible to calculate the exact GATE score as it is calculated on the relative performance of a student in comparision with students who appeared for the same paper keeping the difficulty levels of the sessions in mind.
Since the number of students who appeared for the certain GATE paper is not disclosed, it is difficult to calculate the scores.
However, according to the previous year trends your probable score will be around 653- 693.
