I am getting B.sc Maths (Hons.) in BHU and B.Sc in physical science with CS in Motilal Nehru College,DU. Which college should i opt?

The answer to your question highly depends on what your interests are because both the choices are nothing alike. So, decide in which would you want a career and choose according. Personally, I'd recommend B.Sc Mathematics (Hons.) from BHU because of it's merits but ofcourse the decision is yours to make.
