I am getting chemical engineering in IIT BHU and chemistry BSC at IIT Kanpur. What should i go for?

thank you for approaching us . on the over basis the rating of iit kanpur is 4.6 and that of bhu is 4.2
thought both the colleges are one of the top colleges .kanpur stands ahead of bhu .
