I am getting cutoff marks of 196 and i belong to andhra pradesh my category is obc ncl can i get admission in anna university? if not suggest me some other good colleges with my TNEA cutoff!!

Candidates must have completed class 8, 9, 10 11 and 12 from Tamil Nadu
Candidates who have completed any of class 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 or other equivalent examination from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu, must have nativity certificate holders are eligible to apply.
Children or wards of Central Government Employees serving currently in Tamil Nadu for the past 5 years.
Children of employees in Public sector or Government recognized institutes currently working for past 5 years.
Applicant belongs to Children of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers.
Srilankan Tamil Refugee studied in Tamil Nadu.
