I am getting in meet aprox 560mark in which collage I can take admition in mbbs

Your profile suggest you are from Gujarat and you haven't mentioned any category so you must be from Gen category.
So at your expected marks you have good chance of getting many good college. Although getting purely govt college in general category is tough.
Although you will easily get govt quota seats in semi-govt. And private medical colleges of Gujarat.
