i am getting m.d community medicine seat in vmmc safdurjung delhi, if i leave it in between the course what is the panalty or fine??

I hope you are doing well. There are different norms in every state. In some colleges you have to pay the entire course fees before dropping out the course which might be around 8 lakhs in total.
So, it is necessary for you to know. But it differs from college to college so you can ask abut this concern by consulting to your College Management or Professor or authority in concern.
