I am getting mechanical in ramaiya but not CS or ECE. So should I go to mechanical in ramaiya or CS or ECE in lower institutes.

First of all, look after your interests, if you have any. It plays a major role in deciding what would be best for you.
If you don't have any specific interest I would recommend you to go for CSE or ECE in the next college since they both are in excellent demand in the IT or ML sectors.
