At 70 in JEE Advanced 2019, your SC category rank according to last year's marks vs ranks would be around 1500k. There could be slight difference in this.
Hence, according to last year's closing ranks, you could easily get IIT Jodhpur, IIT Bhubaneshwar,etc.
