I Would say that since your NEET score is below the range of 500 you Definitely don't have clear chances of MBBS seat .But if I keep in mind the fact that maharashtra has maximum number of MBBS college you may get one seat in 2nd or 3rd counselling in the state quota in general category.
As fAr as BDS is concerned I can assure you thAt you will get a pretty decent government college in state.
