The candidates belonging to unreserved category had to score atleast 131 marks in NEET 2017 in order to get equal to or above the 50 th percentile. The reserved category candidates had to score at least 107 marks in order to get equal to or above the 40 th percentile in order to secure admission in MBBS/BDS.
So, you'll have to wait to know the cuttoff percentile this year. if you pass you can get admission in private medical colleges for MBBS provided you have scored more than or equal to 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology in qualifying 10+2 exam.
