see saint longowal and cv ramman global university both of the colleges comes under tier 1 college and have excellent placement, however according to the job prospect and jobs opportunity In india it would best to study CSE since most of the tier 1 companies are IT industry,. however a person can make a career in any discipline and earn a decent salary if she/ he have excellent knowledge on the particular domain. so you have to decide which of the stream you want to study .
so all the best for your future.

Control and instrumentation (C&I) engineers are responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment , the top core mncs are texas Instruments, siemens, ge motors etc. however the best scope is after m.tech course in Instrumentation engineering.
