Dear Sekhar, with too many Candidates trying to make their payments at the same time, may be the server is down. Please make sure ypu have cleared the cache, browsing history, etc. Also try restarting your system and try logging in and making the payment again. Or try changing the system and make the payment from a different device. Also check if the website you are using is: https://apicet.nic.in

Try refreshing the website. Or try using different pc for safety purposes. Try using different medium for the payment. Or check your sms, because sometimes the completion SMS of payment takes time to appear.
