I am giving HSC improvement exam so what code should I fill in NEET 2019 Form and should I have to write my previous year hsc % in the form?

However, please note that in case you fulfil the eligibility criteria already with your previous marks, you can also use those marks and fill Code 2.

Generally, of the two marks, you will get, the best of the two performances is taken into account. You can use either of the mark sheets in form filling of even other examinations, i.e. your previous one and new one you will get with improvement exam result.

You should write Code 1 in that case, since you are still appearing in Class 12 exams and you do not possess the final result yet.
