Hello Aspirant,
Very first thing I would like to make you clear that there is no sectional cut-offs for NEET so if you score 150 marks only in Biology but 0 marks in other two subjects then also your overall result will be considered for 150 marks out of 720 marks. Now if you belongs to General category then it is you can get 40 percentile on 150 marks and also it is the possibility that you might even not qualify NEET 2021 on 150 marks because if we go through the cut-offs of previous year then it shows that for General category cut-off marks were 147-720 and this year it is expected to increase around 5-10 marks so at least aim for 160 marks. I am enlisting down the qualifying cut-offs for NEET 2020 as released by National Testing Agency for different categories :-
