i am going to attempt this year upsc cse exam i want become an ips officer but mere ear ke parde mai hole hai but i am audible same as other ear can select?

A differently abled candidate aslo eligible for upsc cse exam and . Ira Singha , AIR 1 in 2014 , first who cracked upsc in her 4th attempt .
