You are asking this question at a very good time. I am appreciating it. In order to score well in NEET exam firstly you have to keep your basics of physics and chemistry strong next thing make your Bio very very strong basic deep and advance . For all these best suggested books are only NCERT.
One more thing you should purchase previous year solved and unsolved question papers also . It will certainly help you.

I appreciate your interest towards Medical through NEET after schooling. Since, you are very much concerned about your carrer aspirations, I'm here to help you.
Firstly, you can do nothing rather than planning and concentration. These two are the key things which helps you full fill your dreams. Plan properly in parallel to your schedule given in college. Practice more questions from books, internet and also solve previous year question papers as many as you can. This will not only give you the idea but also tends to improve your thinking abilities as well. Learn and concentrate keenly from the first day of your college. So, not more than this you have to do. Also, start rigjt from the basics and then go to higher standard questions which gives you a strong foundation.
Hope this answer helps you.!

Dear Sir / Ma'm, your motive in any competitive examination should not be to answer all the questions, but it should be to answer maximum number of questions correctly. You should attempt to keep a score of 550 and above so that you can clear the cut-off of almost every college through both the all india and state counselling. A score of 550 and above guarantees you a seat atleast in the medical colleges of your state.
and I am thanking you for answering me sister.
