As your course of study is CS then i will recommend you to start coding in C ,C++ as soon as your first sem. starts. This will help during your placements. After that you can learn Java,Python, Android app development etc. As per your interest and skills. To fetch a better job just improve your communication skills, reasoning, logical ability, etc.Rest you will get to know in your graduation. It all depends on your interest. If you want to have your own business then you can start your startup in college. So,it is advised that you should join all the clubs in your college as per your interest and in first year you have a plenty of time so utilise it as you want.

All the best for your future.
