according to the previous year cut off, the minimum marks at which a general category state domicile student got a government medical college was 469 hence according to what you have scored and comparing it with last year's cut off, i would say that you have a fair chance to get government medical college. i am adding the link below for each college's cut off in Uttar pradesh. do keep in mind that the cut off fluctuates each year due to reasons like paper difficulty level, performance of students, increase in the number of seats, availability of seats. since there are so many variable so it can be said that this year too the cut off may fluctuate than expected.
do compare you air rank with last year's air rank for each college of UP since at the end the students get college according to their rank.
