According to SBI PO eligibility criteria, candidates must have graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. Those who are in their final year/semester of their graduation can apply provisionally provided they need to show proof of having passed the graduation examination at the time of document verification. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate can apply. Moreover, candidates having Chartered Accountant degree can also apply.

as per the guidelines and eligiblity criteria mentioned on the official websites it says
- candidate must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government
so in this case it is nowhere mention about the minimum percentage criteria hence you are eligible to give this exam !

In SBI PO, the eligibility criteria is, you should be a graduate. The minimum age criteria is 21 years and not maximum than 30 years. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC.
