No, you cant do Masters in History if you have done UG course in physics.
In order to take direct admission for M.A course, you must have completed B.A (Hons) in History with at least 60% marks. And in order to get admission in M.A (Hons) in History to secure admission through admission test then you must have 50% in BA in history.But you can apply by anyway since you have done Physics in your bachelor's.
