I am handicap and I was attained percentile in neet UG was 42 and marks attained 112, please tell me , my addmition will in MBBS?

Although you have scored decent, but these marks are not enough in order to get a seat in any government medical college for MBBS. The cut offs are way too high. You could try with state counselling, although the possibility is less even there. The last option you could go with is private medical colleges, the fees will be pretty high though.
